Bug Description
When using camera I got often freezes of the camera input which are fixed after a while (2-3min) when having the videoconference with Google Meet (currently running Firefox from snap 125.0.2-1 ) .
But sometimes it crashes the whole bus and all usb devices are disconnected.

Only thing I can see then via lsusb is
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
The workaround is to login to the machine via SSH (as I don't have keyboard or mouse working)
and reload the xhci_pci module.
$ sudo rmmod xhci_pci xhci_pci_renesas
$ sudo modprobe xhci_pci xhci_pci_renesas
Then all starts working back again
The running kernel is:

It happened, again
The current kernel
Linux drakkar 6.5.0-28-generic #29~22.04.1-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Thu Apr 4 14:39:20 UTC 2 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Again removing xhci_pci and modprobing again helps as workaround
