I hinted the failed tests. There are a bunch of misses (snapd), so I will trigger autopkgtests as passed.

Rts are hinted. There is an issue on scobee on generic-64k that causes the machine to hang https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-kernel-tests/+bug/2023051.
There are some new tests that we inherited from development. I created tickets for them but I haven't had time to investigate
