Bug Description

[Impact]
PSR flickering on SHP 5457 was workarounded by a quirk. Use proper fix from upstream instead.

[Fix]
Update AUX sync pulse to follow eDP spec.

[Test]
Use naked eye to ensure the issue is not observed when the fix gets applied.

[Where problems could occur]
The fix relax the parameter to make eDP work. Though unlikely, DP on i915 might break.
