Fix Microchip Icicle Kit dtb name

DTB filename in the database does not match the kernel, so fix the DTB filename.

Attached the debdiff based on top of the one here #1987735.

It built successfully here https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-risc-v-team/+archive/ubuntu/develop/+sourcepub/13896557/+listing-archive-extra.

I have tested it on my board and it fails on our current microchip kernel, but that is not related to this patch as flash-kernel now finds the right dtb:
