Bug Description

We intend to provide support for the dock version of the LicheeRV in 22.10 so we must add its entry in the database.

Applied debdiff and built successfully here: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-risc-v-team/+archive/ubuntu/develop/+sourcepub/13891342/+listing-archive-extra

And tested it on the LicheeRV board successfully too.
