Bug Description

logrotate config is incorrect, as it still refers to pidfile.
It should use systemctl to signal instead.

Additional clarification on the patch for this bug: systemctl kill is used so that we can explicitly send the USR1 signal to the landscape-client systemd process. landscape-client handles SIGUSR1 by rotating its logs. This change updates the pre-systemd kill using a pid file with systemd's kill interface.
