Bug Description
This bug considers Ubuntu Hardy Heron 8.04 Alpha 4:
when clicking on the toolbar buttons at the top of the screen (for instance the button to shutdown/reboot/log off/suspend the system) they do not respond by opening the programme which lies underneath.

I just found that this goes for opened programmes, as well.
For instance, the toolbars of OpenOffice 2.3.1-3ubuntu3 or Firefox 3 do not respond either.
However, they can be accessed by using the keyboard, instead.
