Bug Description
[Impact]
The ruby2.5 source package FTBFS in Bionic, therefore, it is not possible to perform any update to benefit our users.
It is failing to build due to a missing build dependency on tzdata.
[Test Case]
Try to build the package in a sbuild Bionic chroot:
$ dget -u https:/
$ cd ruby2.5-2.5.1
$ sbuild -d bionic
Those are the test failures: https:/
To fix the FTBFS add tzdata as build dependency.
[Regression Potential]
In case there is a regression it could be on a timezone related feature. However, it is very unlikely. The tzdata is not added as a runtime dependency that will be installed in the users' system.
