When I was updating my system from 18.04LTS to 20.04, the computer's power shutting down unfortunately. After rebooted, the bugs throw out. So I've tried to --fix the problem. But they keep occurring.

This is a known issue, libglvnd Breaks/Replaces on mesa need to be bumped due to dev headers that moved to libglvnd from mesa
that said, you had mesa from bionic-proposed before the upgrade, and that's not supported
