Bug Description

Evergreen 3.3 / 3.5beta

Currently in the Check Out, Items Out, and Check In screens a pre-cat title is a link to the catalogue record the same as a regular item.

The pre-cat fix for Item Status (https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1801137) removed that link for pre-cat titles. Regular items still have the link continue to link to the catalogue record as expected.

It would be good to remove the catalogue link from the title across Evergreen for pre-cats to help prevent staff from accidentally ending up on the -1 pre-cat record and potentially editing it.

(I have submitted this as a separate bug from https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1839859 as removing the link would make it harder to get to the bib record for pre-cats but wouldn't resolve the issue entirely)

I would argue that the catalog should also also go so far as to completely refuse to load the -1 record in the record details interface at all. It's not intended for use by staff; pre-cat items are intended to be transferred to "real" records if they're kept. If you do load it in the client it will try to load every single non-deleted pre-cat call number and item in the entire system in a large fleshed api call that can potentially cause a single pcrud backend to easily use over a GB of ram (depends on system size, of course) if it's able to complete at all.
