Bug Description
The new lock screen in gnome 3.36 looks strange, as if the blurred background image is being scaled down to the top left corner of the screen. background image being used is 1920x1440 pixel jpeg, display size is 3840x2160, with fractional scaling enabled and set to 175% on wayland.
