Thanks for the bug report.

The first thing to check is to please uninstall these extensions:

  '<email address hidden>',
  '<email address hidden>',
  '<email address hidden>'

We find so many gnome-shell bugs are caused by extensions that they should be removed as a first step. Then if the problem persists then please report it to the gnome-shell developers at:

  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/issues

and then tell us the new bug ID.
