Bug Description
We have an IBM BladeCentre Hx5 with a number of blades running Ubuntu 18.04.3. Storage is attached over Fiber Channel.
They all boot fine with 4.15.0-72 - the qla2xxx detects all the LUNs. On 4.15.0-74 and 4.15.0-76, the qla2xxx driver loads but the LUNs are not detected. This breaks the boot. rescan-scsi-bus.sh is also unable to find the LUNs. Reverting to the 4.15.0-72 kernel works.
