Bug Description
xubuntu and ubuntustudio should not depend on apt-offline (or fix it).
apt-offline still depends on Python2, which shouldn't be used anymore for 20.04 LTS. So either apt-offline should be ported completely to Python3, or the seeds should remove apt-offline.
There is a Debian RC issue in apt-offline.
