lts-parameters gives wrong x config file variable name

Bug Description

lts-parameters says to use XF86CONFIG_FILE for specifying an alternate x config file when it should be X_CONF (I believe)

actually both variants are supported (like with the X_VIDEO_RAM and X_VIDEORAM parameters) so its only a missing doc hint in the file but wont break anything
