Implement contrail helm charts for microservice containers

Mount /var/log and /etc/contrail dir to host

Through this commit we will host mount /var/log and /etc/contrail directories to
host. Also have moved analyticsdb-nodemgr daemonset to contrail-thirdparty chart

Added build-driver image to build vrouter kernel

1. Instead of ubuntu vrouter-init-kernel image, we are using
build-driver image which uses dkms module to build the vrouter kernel
2. Removed option of creating daemonset per container
3. Modified the code such a way that we can easily add more
agent roles (dpdk, TOR)

Removing each_container_is_pod option

Through this commit we will only support option of deploying multiple containers
into single pod. After this commit each_container_is_pod is no longer supported

Adding a parent contrail chart

Created a new contrail parent chart which imports all other contrail subcharts.
By installing this parent contrail chart, it would automatically deploy
resources defined in all other sub charts.

Below two category of variable has been introduced

1. Global variables like contrail_env which is consumed by all charts
2. Local chart variables like lables, which are very specific to
individual charts

Changing the contrail config and log mountpath

For contrail-status to work, configuration files has to be in /etc/contrail
folder, adhering helm charts to that model.

With this commit we are also mounting docker.sock using kubernetes volumes type
Socket. refer https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/storage/volumes/#hostpath
