Changing the contrail config and log mountpath

For contrail-status to work, configuration files has to be in /etc/contrail
folder, adhering helm charts to that model.

With this commit we are also mounting docker.sock using kubernetes volumes type
Socket. refer https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/storage/volumes/#hostpath
