SmartEvidence matrix section mouse pointer

The standard row (the one in grey) has hover but the standardelements don't and require a mouse click to show extra information.

we need make it so that the mouse pointer changes so people know that they can click the text and something is going to happen. Right now it's not clear as it's just the cursor but not the hand.
