Move focus to "Create a page or collection" dialogue when navigating via keyboard

On "Pages and collections", when user presses Enter on Add, focus should move to "Create a page or Collection" dialog box.

To improve accessibility, move the focus to the "Create a page or
collection" popup after clicking the "Add" button.
