Exporting imported bmp to png creates visible boundary lines

Bug Description

When a .bmp image has been imported into a file, then
when this file is exported to a .png file there are
visible boundary lines created around the imported .bmp
image.

A temporary hack to get around this is to set the
master opacity of the .bmp object to .995 instead of 1.000.

Works for me in SVN. If still having problems, reopen with attaching the
problem BMP file.
