Bug Description
SRU Justification:
Impact: When kernel 4.8 becomes available as HWE option, DKMS build of lttng-modules will break.
Fix: Backport lttng-modules version from Yakkety
Testcase:
- install: build-essential babeltrace lttng-tools
- dkms build for 4.4 and 4.8
- run test script after booting into 4.4 and 4.8

Trying to selectively pick the kernel patches from Yakkety on top of the Xenial version is rather hard as some things are covered by the upstream version change (4.5 compat) and also rely on other rework. Backporting the complete package appears like the more stable and simple path.
