Bug Description
Two swarm tests are failed due to invalid url used for creating local mirror:
https:/
-------
Scenario:
1. Revert snapshot 'prepare_slaves_5' with default set of mirrors
2. Run 'fuel-mirror' to create mirror repositories
3. Create cluster with many components to check as many
packages in local mirrors have correct dependencies
4. Run 'fuel-mirror' to replace cluster repositories
with local mirrors
5. Check that repositories are changed
6. Deploy cluster
7. Check running services with OSTF
Expected result:
all steps passed
Actual result:
step 2 failed with error message:
http://
Workaround:
Manually add valid url for proposed into yum config

Some analytics:
$mos_version in ubuntu.yaml translates into "9.1" - see https:/ /github. com/openstack/ fuel-web/ commit/ 785fc4bbd0ec7f7 9c54dca78be1536 9ff0a7ff3e
so we can not rely on it anymore (other issue related to patch mentioned above is https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/fuel/ +bug/1625083 )
