katapult use an ugly icon for audacity

I use katapult to launch applications.
When I want to launch Audacity, katapult use a little icon, so the icon is pixelised, it's ugly.

Please add an svg icon in the audacity package, and make the .desktop using this file.

The format of the program icon is not scalable. If you use e.g. Gnome-Do's docky bar, the icon looks very ugly because of zoomed pixels. This affects Jaunty as well.

Which license is used for this svg file? I cannot find any information about it in the file.

But I would be happy to license my SVG interpretation of the Audacity logo with whatever license is most appropriate, even as far as Public Domain. My only concern is that by distributing it I may be infringing on the Audacity projects copyright or trademark or the original artwork.

If you would license the SVG file under the same license of Audacity (GPL 2 or later) you would be on the safe side. I do not think, that they own a trademark for it. There should be no problem, if you use this SVG icon as application icon. Please add the copyright information into the SVG file.

Manually switching my menu icon to Aaron's SVG image fixes the problem for me, but it would be nice to have it fixed automatically.
