Can enter delete mode in downloads view while in picker mode

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

 1) Browse to e.g. http://www.wufoo.com/html5/attributes/07-accept.html, click the "Select file" button
 2) Choose the browser as a content source
 3) Long press on the first item in the list

Expected result: nothing happens

Current result: the view enters delete mode, where one can select items and delete them.
