"Unlock SIM" untranslated in indicator network

Test case.
- Insert a SIM card.
- Switch the phone to Spanish.
- Reboot the phone.
- Open indicator network.

Expected result.
- "Unlock SIM" button must appear in Spanish.

Actual result.
- "Unlock SIM" button displays the message in English.

The string appears in this file: /usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/qt5/qml/Ubuntu/Settings/Menus/ModemInfoItem.qml part of package qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-settings-components

By the way, the string was also part of an old version of unity8.mo, but no longer ships it.

we need to migrate these translations from unity8 to ubuntu-settings-components. The component was mistakenly added to the wrong project.
