[FHD] Telegram should support landscape mode on a tablet

Currently it only runs portrait and per bug #1532806 it will soon only run in side stage. It should run in either main or side stage.

Regression found,
needs fix of this: select one chat -> back to dialog list -> select the same chat -> cannot enter the chat window successfully

For the record Jin, I think it's because there now seems to be an active item (selected index) in the list view. Because the index is already selected, the selection is not triggered when you touch the same chat again. We probably didn't see this on the phone, because the selection was cleared when the dialog window was closed - perhaps we should do the same in converged branch.

Here comes the screenshots of two-rotation issue,
we remove the ConditionalLayout we used since it is the root cause which leads UI broken,
(the "Start Messaging" button will be pushed down by a offset)
now we have one column in landscape mode as horizontal center.
