Bug Description

Unfortunately due to bug 1511042 I can't take a screenshot of the problem. I'm seeing this using Telegram in windowed mode on a Nexus 4 with a Slimport-HDMI cable. Basically the button to continue is off screen (at the bottom of the window) and the graphics overlap in the lower part of the window. Enough space would be there, but everything is offset in weird ways.

Not merged yet, as for some reason the button disappears when the device is rotated twice. Besides this QML/anchor quirk, the welcome page does fluently supports landscape mode.

Changed in telegram-app:

For the button: startMessagingButton,
we can assign parent.verticalCenter to its verticalCenter for fixing this problem,
will do testing locally and see any side effects occurred.
