I installed Ubuntu16.04 on PowerVM system and try to run hvcsadmin (hypervisor virtual console server administration utility) command but it seems me broken .
Step to reproduce
=======
1- Install Ubuntu16.04 on PowerVM
2- Install powerpc-utils in the system
3- run hvcsadmin utility
Expected Result:
it should work on PowerVM environment
Actual Result:
Fails to run complain about systool .
LOG:
root@system:~# hvcsadmin -all
Can't exec "systool": No such file or directory at /usr/sbin/hvcsadmin line 259.

root@system:~# rpm -qa | grep hvcsadmin
The program 'rpm' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing:
apt-get install rpm
root@system:~# dpkg -l | grep powerpc-utils
ii powerpc-utils 1.2.18+
root@system:~#
Note : If i install libsysfs2 sysfsutils packages than it seems me working so i think when we install powerpc-utils it should have dependencies about sysfsutils.
