Spanish translate template evolution wily 15.10

I have been translating part of the evolution of Spanish template. It remained to translate strings 574, and I translated 414 but take a week now and no one has gone to the changed state.

They can pass the state changed to continue the translation, and nobody answers me and the translation is blocked.

Hello, and thanks for your work on translations.

As you've probably seen anyone can add translation suggestions here on Launchpad. But in order for them to actually apply, the suggestions need to be approved or added by a member of the translation team for the language in question.

I would suggest you contact the Ubuntu Spanish Translators team (https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-es), and either find someone who can review your work and/or let you join the team. They can review your suggestions in order to get them added, and if you become a team member you will be able to add translations directly as well as review others work. (I would assume that with 400 suggested translations for this package, you are easily accepted into the team :) )

Btw, in case you missed it, at the top of https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/wily/+source/evolution/+pots/evolution/es/+translate, there should be a box containing both general Ubuntu translators instructions (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Translations/) as well as Spanish guidelines (http://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuSpanishTranslators/Estilo), the latter of which might be more specific. This contains more information on working with translations in Ubuntu.

The Spanish translate team didn't admit in the team. the problem still
exists, all that we present we leave rejected and many we have hundreds or
thousands of translations. the great problem comes with the translation
equipment not working, not translated and is so closed that does not allow
help. elitism is the sign of this translation equipment. I am crew chief 15
engineers and had never seen so much neglect. chains translate build up and
I remember that the Hispanic community is one of the most important for
Ubuntu and stop translate the operating system can get in against him.
