Steps to reproduce:
1.Swipe down the Time & Date indicator
2.Open link of Time & Date settings
3.Rotate the device to landscape (90 angle)

Expected results:
the entry of Manually time/date setting should be displayed

Actual results:
The entry of Manually time/date setting could not be displayed

thanks, indeed that panel doesn't scroll as it should, we need to use a flickable there

Exists the same situation when set alarm in landscape mode that the sound option is not displayed as well.

As I just wrote in bug 1470782, this is one of several examples where System Settings screens have been left accidentally unscrollable. I suggest that scrollability should be a standard part of every System Settings screen, not something that needs to be added to each one.
