Bug Description
After years of training, explaining, and answering questions about it, I'm finally submitting a request that we change the term "grocery" to something more understandable to non-Evergreen-
I would initially suggest the term "miscellaneous" to replace it? Maybe "manual billing"? In any case, I think a change, at least on anything that end users can see, would improve certain customer service situations.

I concur. "Manual billing" captures most of the use cases and is about 100x easier to explain than "grocery".
Last time I looked at changing this in our system, I think I found that the raw category name was coming directly from the underlying database table, so some code to support decoupling the label (for internationaliz ation purposes as well) will likely be necessary.
