[Asus X550LD] Touchpad does not work

I brought an Asus F550L and the touchpad does not work on ubuntu not in
ubuntu 14.04, 14.10, or 15.04. Even a mouse connected on usb does not work, it moves but the click sometimes work some others not.

Nothing changed after bios update, still the touchpad does not work, and even a mouse usb connected
