pattern along path scaling issues

Scaling a path using the pattern along path should also scale the width attribute so the shape is preserved.
Also changing the default units of a document should not affect it at all, it's just a different way of thinking about it.

Issue 2 is a regression in trunk (incorrect change of scale when changing document units) - does not occur in current stable.

Proposing to link this report as duplicate to bug #172137 and file a separate report about the regression in trunk (0.48+devel).
