Bug Description
TEST CASE:
1. install 12.04.4 on amd64
2. sudo apt-get install libgl1-
3. use update-manager to install the new HWE stack (open update-manager and wait for "new hardware support available")
4. verify that it does not work
5. install update-manager from precise-proposed
6. repeast step 3
7. verify that it works this time.

Accepted update-manager into precise-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http:// launchpad. net/ubuntu/ +source/ update- manager/ 1:0.156. 14.17 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
