Bug Description
TEST CASE:
1. install precise desktop the hwe stack with all updates (e.g. linux-image-
2. run hwe-support-status
3. verify that you see something with apt-get
4. install update-manager from precise-proposed
5. repeat 2
6. verify that this time the reocmmendation is update-manager
When the user has update-manager installed, he/she should see a message in hwe-support-status to use that instead of apt-get
