Main windows has unnecessary glade widgets

Binary package hint: system-config-printer

The glade file has an extra scrolledwindow+viewport set around the printer list. It adds an odd visual effect and doesn't seem to have any function. The app behaved fine without it.

       published due to the CUPS server settings. The message was not removed
       when turning on printer sharing in the CUPS server setting. Fixes

     o Removed superfluous scrolledwindow+viewport set around the printer list.
