Bug Description

Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64 bit AMD 64 3500+ Gnome3.4.2 I did a recommended hardware upgrade to kernel linux 3.13.0-30 generic version a few days ago. It takes much longer to boot and works slower than it used to with frequent "grey screen freezes". Help please, I am a newbie to this!
