Opening files on command line by their relative path doesn't work if Scratch is already running. Absolute paths work as expected.
This should be an easy fix since Glib provides a convenience function for resolving relative paths in such cases: http://valadoc.org/#!api=gio-2.0/GLib.File.new_for_commandline_arg
