Bug Description
If you got two different files with the same name in completely different paths you won't be able to open the second file in Scratch until you close the first one.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a file in some random directory with some random name.
2. Create a file in a completely different directory with the same name.
3. Two terminal sessions cd-ed into those two directories.
4. Try to open them in Scratch in the same time by using the Terminal and you'll get an error while you try to open the second one saying that the file is already opened.
