Odia (Oriya) translation for 0.92

Currently, Inkscape is not available for Odia(Oriya) language. Odia is an constituionally recognized Indian language. Hence it becomes important to have Inkscape in Odia language also. This will promote the use of Inkscape in India.

C-DAC, Pune, India is one of the organizations into Localization and promoting free and open source softwares in India. It wishes to contribute the translations of Inkscape for all Indian languages.

Approximately the same errors as in the Santali po files, plus some missing and opening tags.
As there's no script variation, the language code will be "or" (ISO 639-1).

The translator for the Odia language is not mentioned in the PO file. Could you please give me a name and email that I could add in the file and the translators list? Thanks!

Translation committed in the trunk revision 14274 (strings updated to match the latest development version).

The translation file can be selected from the UI using the application preferences, but the Windows installer files are not updated yet.

Hundreds of new strings were added or changed since 0.48, so don't hesitate to reuse the same report to update the translation (using the new file from the trunk, not the one attached to the report).
