Performance degrades in a baseload on 4900 odd vm's in Horizon UI

In the scale setup which was flexed up to 4900 vm's .It was seen that the Load Pages performance is degraded .

The time taken for Volumes pages - ( Without even having volumes presented to attach./detach volume ) ~ 58.8 secs

Vcentre Ip settings /Edit Page ~ 30 secs

The Instances page will take atleast ~ 1.5 mins to load

Note: The above time was observed in Chrome Browser

Since large-scale setups is not something that most developers have access to, this bug is going to be hard to work on without some additional information. Can you you provide log files taken during these tests? How do the times of these operations in horizon compare with their command-line counterparts?

Marking incomplete; Horizons issues with scale are known, but without specifics like logs, or detail on service call spam etc, there's little we can do on this particular bug. There are other bugs in the discussion with more specific information, that should help us target this issue.
