Bug Description

the popover triangle doesn't attach correctly to the component it is related. testcase attached

I'm also noticing this when I have a popover near the top of the screen (so it points up). When the MainView isn't wide enough and the popover width shrinks, the pointer jumps to the top of the attached item (even though it should be at the bottom). The pointer displays fine when the app is wide enough.
