Bug Description

Canon Pixma MP470 installed on a Lubuntu 12.04 via USB. Test spreadsheet with a few random cells of data, wide enough to go to 2 pages (but have same problem with 1-page spreadsheet), Printer prints fine til the point when it should continue to feed the paper, print the footer and move on, but at that point stops. Printer indicates (in own LCD screen) that the printer is still printing. No job is left in the printer queue.

I believe all the other info required should be included via Apport, but will naturally provide other info as requested.

Tried the same file from an Ubuntu 12.04 install on a different machine and got the same result (printer hangs).

Here's some more info:

Printer completely frozen at this point and will not respond to any button pushing. Solution has been to remove and replace power cord, and restart printer. At this point it feeds the "stuck" page and is ready to print a new job.
