Many thanks felix for accepting it, how do you feel about backporting to precise and quantal too? the same kind of bugs were on p and q release too, and moreover .27 release wasn't released as stable by upstream (only .28 and .65 are) thanks

I don't see why it can't be backported further.
You (or someone else) just needs to build and test boinc on precise and quantal.

Hi Felix, 7.0.65 dfsg 3 has been in my ppa locutusofborg-ppa for a week for precise+ releases, today I have built 7.1.1 with no problem at all, anyway I'll backport it if really needed if you ask me

Hi Felix, boinc has been built in my ppa, would you mind to accept the backport?

Have you tested that the backports run fine on precise and quantal?

I receive feedbacks from different users on precise quantal and raring, they run my ppas since months, so they ran .65 too, but I can setup a VM if needed, no problem just ask

Hi Felix, I tried with both precise and quantal in a vm and seems to be working well!
