boinc doesn't add exclusive apps

Boinc handles correctly the exclusive apps insertion (in the options page), BUT it doesn't store them in the xml file.
I suspect some problems in writing the file.

We should investigate this issue

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

For me selecting a binary does not even work, boinc refuses to add them to the list.

I fixed it by following this guide boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Installing_BOINC_on_Debian

    sudo ln -s /etc/boinc-client/gui_rpc_auth.cfg /home/<username>/gui_rpc_auth.cfg
    sudo ln -s /etc/boinc-client/gui_rpc_auth.cfg /var/lib/boinc-client/gui_rpc_auth.cfg
    sudo chown boinc:boinc /home/<username>/gui_rpc_auth.cfg
    sudo chown boinc:boinc /var/lib/boinc-client/gui_rpc_auth.cfg
    sudo chmod g+rw /var/lib/boinc-client
    sudo chmod g+rw /var/lib/boinc-client/*.*

one of them fixes the issue, but I don't know which... anyway I'll try to look at the problem in the future, but not now...

there are more important issues at the moment.

You marked this "fix released" but didn't indicate where: package version? PPA?
Shouldn't the bug number appear in the package's changelog?
