Bug Description
Fresh install Ubuntu 12.04
Intel graphics connected to HDTV via HDMI. The problem only persists for a short while, after about 5 seconds normal colour is displayed.
I also tried out Ubuntu 13.04 and the above described was not present, worked with no problem.
