Bug Description

now it only supports Vlan network, with a little fix it can easily support FlatDHCP network.

Hi Yaguang, thanks for working on this and other vmwareapi related bugs.

One thing to clarify: it is my understanding that the flatDHCPManager model already worked with the vmwareapi driver, but required that you manually create a port group named "br100" on your hypervisors. From looking at this patch, it seems like we are changing it so that this port-group is automatically created. Am I understanding that correctly?
