Can't set background blur to static

Using Unity Tweak Tool 0.0.5 on Ubuntu 13.04 Beta

WHAT I DID:
In the "Search" section of Unity-Tweak-Tool i clicked "Blur Type: Static" and close Unity Tweak Tool.

WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN:
The background blur is set to static in stead of active

WHAT DID HAPPEN:
Nothing happens, and when i reopen Unity Tweak Tool the setting has not changes.

Thanks for your bug report. I have verified that two settings currently are not being respected, dash blur and launcher reveal location. I am working on a fix now.
