Wrong font for slovak numbers.

When LC_NUMERIC set to sk_SK.UTF-8, all numbers are shown in non LATIN chars.

Everything is OK now.

Problem remains after installation libqt 4:4.8.4+dfsg-0ubuntu12~ubuntu13.04~ppa1 from kubuntu-ppa/backports.
(tested on Skype, qtconfig-qt4, TeamSpeak3 and of course after restart)
