incorrect locale definition of numbers Slovak (sk_SK) locale

When I switch the locale to Slovak (System Settings > Language Support > Regional Formats > Display numbers, dates ... - select slovencina, then click "Apply System-Wide" and reboot) I get non-readable non-latin digits for numbers in some places. E.g. Skype is affected (account balance, date/time in chat window), most spin controls in some application, etc.

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds. Please test the latest v3.10 kernel[0].

I tested in the mainline kernel as requested, but unfortunately the bug is present there as well. I added tag "kernel-bug-exists-upstream".
